As a Lebanon Valley College (Class of 1970) and the Duquesne School of Law (1973) graduate, Patrick has been a member of the Lebanon County and Pennsylvania Bars for 43 years. He is admitted to practice before all of the Courts of Pennsylvania as well as the United States Supreme Court. Patrick has served as a Court-appointed Child Custody Conciliator since 2001 and has served as a trained Mediator for the Court and a private Mediator since 2011.
His experience has been in estates and trusts, elder law issues, probate and Will contests, business disputes and formation, co-parenting, family businesses, all matters before the Orphans Court, real estate and commercial law and he has particular experience in handling family law, divorce and child custody matters.
As a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators and a credentialed Mediator, Patrick is concentrating on mediation as an alternative to conventional adversarial litigation.
